The shipping amount will automatically calculate during the checkout process after entering the zip code where the item(s) will be shipped.

UPS 3 Day Select Service

UPS 3 Day Select Service is available and is billed at standard UPS rates. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) will be shipped out the next business day.

UPS Next Day Air Service

UPS Next Day Air Service is available and is billed at standard UPS rates. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping to a PO Box, APO, or FPO

If you are shipping to a PO Box, APO, or FPO you will have to choose USPS shipping service at checkout in order for the item to be fulfilled.

International Shipping (including Canada)

We ship to Canada but not to any other international address. For shipments to Canada, the payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer/importer. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Designer Pet Products aims to produce high quality products that will be great for both you and your pets. Our items come with a 30-day warranty from the date of your purchase covering against manufacturing defects. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 30 days. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible.

Return Policy

At Designer Pet Products, you will find shopping online is easy, pleasant, and secure. Our 30-day return policy from the date of your purchase gives you enough time to consider your purchase. We hope your purchase exceeds your expectation, however, if you would like to have a refund, you may return it within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

If you would like to return an item, you will need to contact us for authorization through the Contact Us page on our website. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please remember, all returned products must be new (never been used or assembled) and in their original carton with all the packing materials, and manuals intact. We will not accept dirty, broken or used/assembled products or products in non-standard packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a full refund minus any outbound shipping charges that would be noted on your original invoice. If the return does not meet the above conditions, it is subject to up to restocking fees charge of up to 50% of the item price.


Designer Pet Products is a Massachusetts based online retail store. All purchases from customers in Massachusetts are subject to Massachusetts sales tax and will be included in the order.
