Placing an Order

If you would like to purchase a product from Designer Pet Products, click the “ADD TO CART” button on the website page of the item you would like to purchase. The item will automatically be added to the Shopping Cart and the Shopping Cart will display for you to see all items in your shopping cart. From the Shopping Cart, you can either Checkout or you can continue shopping.

Click “Checkout” and the site will guide you through the secure checkout process. The Checkout screens are secure 128 -bit encryption hosted by Yahoo! e-commerce. The shopping cart will request the zip code where the item(s) will be shipped. We use this information to calculate tax and shipping costs. Your order will be processed and your items shipped in accordance with the shipping method you select. An email confirmation will be sent to you after you place your order. When your item ships, a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you to track your package.
